The mechanical upgrade portion of the project included replacing two existing DX Split System Air-Handling Units and associated condensing units with two new DX Split System 110 ton Air-Handling Units with associated condensing units.
We replaced the entire 13,600 SF roof system down to the roof structure. The existing EPDM and modified bitumen roof systems were removed and replaced with a new 4-ply SBS modified bitumen roof system. In order to accomplish the roof replacement, we also temporarily modified the, then reinstalled and re-certified the facility’s lightning protection system. This project also included a long list of miscellaneous architectural and mechanical upgrades throughout the facility.
