Roof Replacement

This project consisted of removal and replacement of approximately 12,000 SF of roof insulation, membrane, sheet metal attachments and concrete pavers. Upon completion of demolition, a new 2-ply SBS Modified Bitumen roof system with tapered insulation was installed. The roof replacement work was completed in a phased approach by only removing 3,000 SF of roofing each day. This approach minimized risk to the operational facility.

In addition to the roofing work, we also cut installed new conductor heads, downspouts, scuppers and overflow scuppers in precast concrete walls to improve drainage. On the interior of the facility we repaired drywall in numerous areas where previous roof leaks had caused damage.

The project was completed on budget and on schedule even after experiencing multiple weather days due to rain.
