Telecom Datacenter Uplift

This 13,600 SF interior renovation includes a new 4,400 SF switch room, two new mechanical rooms, two new electrical rooms, and updates to the control room, office space, corridors, restrooms and break room. The switch room includes a Tate structured ceiling and Hot Aisle Containment system. Six new Vertiv CRAC units were installed in the mechanical rooms and the new electrical rooms boast a 4000 amp capacity. A new BAS system, upgraded security, and a new fire protection system with Novec 1230, Pre-action and VESDA provide necessary control and protection to the building.

Outside, a new generator yard with two new 2MW generators and two portable generator tap boxes has the capacity to be upgraded to 3MW generators in the future. Over 900 ft of underground duct bank and nearly 8,000 linear feet of power conduit serve the new equipment. Additional exterior improvements include a new high security privacy fence, a new mechanical yard, landscaping, asphalt seal coat and striping and new storefront glazing.
