Office Renovation

XEC renovated an existing office space for our new headquarters located in Lenexa, KS. This project consisted of demolishing a 5,200 sqft existing office space along with a new layout and furnishings. This new home office includes 11 new private offices, 12 new open office style work stations, new conference room, new breakroom and a future reception area.

XEC employees built custom 14’ and 10’ tables for both the break room and conference room. The break room table is the centerpiece of the new XEC office and provides ample space for collaboration and team building. Each office includes a large standup desk along with 55" TV's that connect directly to each workstation for easier screen sharing and collaboration when working together. Each open work office workstation also includes a large standup desk with modesty panels to help provide privacy, but not box in employees like a standard cubicle would.

Another perk of the office was the addition of six golf holes installed directly into the office floor. Playing a quick round at lunch or at the end of the day is something even non-golfers enjoy doing. It has even brewed up some friendly competition throughout the office through various tournaments and events.
